With the advent of the new Draft Bill (Protection of Premises) and Martyn's Law in mind, we will be creating a series that goes beyond traditional security measures to explore all the other factors that help mitigate against some of the most serious and devastating terrorists and militant threats that can impact any major organisation, especially arenas, hospitality and sports venues.

Today we meet special guests Dave Price and Tony Robinson of Mitigation International, part of the team behind this series where you will discover their experience which extends across the globe from the Bali bombings to the Qatar World Cup. Hear their views on why managing risk against terrorism needs more than security systems.

Each episode will pick topics that are crucial to addressing an increasingly volatile world with emerging risks such as terrorism, advanced technologies such as drones and AI, and major international conflicts in Europe and the Far East.

Each episode will be in a 2 part format with Part 1 examining the issues of the day and published widely across social media platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn. Part 2 will then be available exclusively in a new 'Members Only' educational section of this website.

Why will we be making the 2nd part private?

Answer: We only want to share our advice to bonafide security professionals. If you are in such a role, you can join the new private member's forum and education service.

To listen to part 2 of this episode join our members area, with exclusive podcasts, resources, free counter-terrorism helpline and much more!
